Second AmericasNLP Competition

Machine translation for indigenous languages of the Americas


The Second AmericasNLP Competition will take place online in December, 2022, at NeurIPS 2022. The competition focuses on creating machine translation systems for indigenous languages from the Americas.

Tasks

Participants will build systems for three tasks.

  • Automatic speech recognition (ASR)
  • Machine translation (text-to-text translation)
  • Speech-to-text translation
